CHILDREN ON BOARD
Children, especially infants and toddlers, are not encouraged aboard Manohra cruises. The intimate ship size and unregimented atmosphere are adult in orientation and do not provide for the care, supervision, or entertainment of children. They are strictly under the responsibility and supervision of their parents.

SECURITY ON BOARD
Our cruises are inspected on a monthly basis and we proudly prove a zero incident record over more than 10 years operation. Each vessel is equipped with life jackets for all the crew and passengers. They are placed in proper location on board for easy access. Fire extinguishers are monthly checked and tested every year. Our crew is trained to handle emergency situation that could occur during the cruise.

Limited medical facilities are available on board, including First aid kit with basic medical supplies and seasickness pills.

GUARANTEED ATTENDANCE
The guaranteed attendance must be re-confirmed at least 5 working days prior to the event date. Manohra Cruises will bill for either the actual number of guests attending or guaranteed number, whatever is greater.

BEVERAGES
Champagnes, premium and house wines, spirits, beers and juices are available on board. Special requirement on wine and champagne can be made in advance. Please contact us to send an extensive wine list for you to select your favorite wines and vintages. A non-negotiable corkage charge of 500 Baht is applied for any bottles of wine or other alcohol brought and opened on board.

FOOD SELECTION
Please let us know in advance if you have any special culinary requirements, allergies and we would be able to customize our menus. On a regular dining cruise, we traditionally serve Thai Cuisine at a medium spicy level, considering the taste of our European clientele.

DISCLAMIER
While Manohra Cruises exercise extreme care in handling its guests, all customers and passengers use the Manohra rice barges at their own risk and Manohra Cruises assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury to any passenger. Also, natural occurrences such as abnormally high tides can sometimes cause us to alter or reschedule some cruises and we reserve the right to make any adjustments deemed necessary.

MANOHRA FACILITIES AND FEATURES
Each of the two dining cruises features a full cash bar, open air dining area to accommodate up to 40 guests on the main deck and on the lower deck features a kitchen area, separated male and female restrooms with amenities, engine room and crew quarter.

TIPPING
The company includes in its prices “service charge” but you may at your convenience reward crew members with gratuities when they are voluntarily offered for exceptional and outstanding service.

TERM OF PAYMENT
Joining cruise: Payment on board by cash or credit card is accepted. Visa cards, Mastercards, American Express.
Private charter: Please send us by fax the signed contract before the function date.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE CHARTERS

• Guaranteed Attendance If the guaranteed attendance falls below the minimum number stipulated, the minimum charged will still be based on the guaranteed attendance.
• Postponement Any postponement of the event must be agreed by Manohra cruises and is subject to alternative space availability. Manohra cruises reserve the right to impose a postponement charge (Kindly refers to the following guidelines) based on the guaranteed revenue and the deposit paid will be brought forward to the next event.

• Cancellation Manohra cruises must agree on any cancellation of the event and all deposits paid will be forfeited. Manohra cruises reserve the right to impose a cancellation charge (kindly refers to the following guidelines) based on the guaranteed revenue.

Enjoy the cruise and the art of Thai cooking

Meet the chef and crew at the Longtail Bar. They will take you on board the Manohra Cruise to a local market where you will be shown a variety of fresh foods for sale. Some of the ingredients required for the cooking will be bought at the market.

As you set sail along the River of Kings, you will be served with a cold towel and iced lemongrass, then the preparation of the food will begin. Each step will be explained and the nature of the ingredients will be described. The meal will be cooked and eaten step by step, an original way to learn Thai cooking.

The classes are held every Monday to Friday starting from 8:00 - 12:00 hrs which include a local market tour, ingredients for cooking of five dishes, a meal with soft drinks and a gift of an apron and certificate!

Please make your reservation three days prior to the class. Minimum booking of 4 persons for the class is required. Cancellation after 19.00 hrs. the day before the class will result in a 50% surcharge.

Sightseeing Experience

The Manohra Rice Barge of delegate gleaming wood; a romantic venue for a unique and cultural experience. The Manohra will guide you on the Chao Phraya River as to introduce you to the City of Angels by night…a spectacular and memorable experience!

Dazzling Thai delicacies are served as to give you a delightful, cultural dining experience. The rice barges can accommodate up to 40 guests on joining dinner or private option.

Free river taxi transfer from Taksin Public Pier to Manohra Cruises pier every 15 minutes. On prior arrangements, we will be pleased to pick you up from the Manohra Cruises Pier, Sathorn Bridge or the Oriental Public Pier at your convenience.

In route you will experience and enjoy the endless variety of river life – passing the famous Wat Arun (The Temple of Dawn) , the magnificent Grand Palace , the Royal Barges boat-house, and numerous other Temples .
